Corona Virus - Update- how we are working to support you.

During this difficult time we hope you and your family are well and keeping safe.
St John's is pleased to report that all our staff are currently in good health.
To enable us to continue support we are changing the way we work.

The clinic continues to run normally with all appointments taking place, either via telephone/Zoom
online/video or one to one at St Johns. Not all of St Johns therapists are working face to face.
When booking sessions please advise if you would prefer a  therapist that has chosen to work face to face,
Face to face sessions will be undertaken in one of our two larger rooms at the clinic.
We will keep you at a safe distance and provide safety gloves and masks for your comfort.

Based in Bromsgrove; serving - Redditch, Droitwich, Barnt Green, Alvechurch, Rubery, Studley, Worcester and South Birmingham.

Possibly you are looking for a non judgemental response to thoughts that are trapped in your head waiting to be heard.?

If you are looking for support and you are considering counselling and maybe you have answered yes to any of the above questions, and you have got this far, you have made the first step to feeling better!

We live in a complex busy, changing world. In this world, there are many different types of experience that are difficult for people to cope with. Most of the time, we get on with life, but sometimes we are stopped in our tracks by an event or situation that we do not, at that moment, have the resources to sort out. Most of the time, we find ways of dealing with such problems, by talking to family, friends, neighbours, priests, or our family doctor. But occasionally their advice is not sufficient, or we are just too embarrassed or ashamed to tell them what is bothering us, or we just don't have an appropriate person to turn to.

( John Mcleod, 2004)

Counselling is a really useful option at these moments
